Great place to stay, very clean, excellent beach steps from our unit, and close to the pier and restaurants. Also, great middle location for driving north to the horses or south to Ocracoke.

The location was nice. The property itself was older. The bed was horrible. Beach view was awesome. The weather was perfect. I had no communication with the host except to text that we were leaving.

The pros:Awesome location. Close to everything but far enough away that it’s not crowded. Clean. Everything worked as expected. Bedding was extremely comfortable. My daughter wanted to take one of the fuzzy blankets home with us. The luggage lift is amazing. The cons:It’s on the third floor :)Running out of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher detergent is really annoying. Staffing more of each would have been nice. The Roku remotes didn’t work in the bedrooms but we were able to use the app on our phones, so not a dealbreaker.

The condo was good and as expected per the description. The only negative I would have to say is the beds are rock hard and would benefit from even a mattress topper. Hosts were responsive, and we had no issues during our week stay. The view from the balcony is a side view of the ocean but still a nice view. You can sit out there anytime listening to the sounds of the ocean; & even to catch some sun rays as the afternoon sun feels great sitting on the balcony with the light breeze felt. The facility itself could use some structural upgrades, and definitely need elevators on the sides as the central condos are the only ones with an elevator. The luggage lifts are super slow, small, and do a lot of popping and snapping-not sounding too well. The stairs to the third floor aren’t friendly to someone with vertigo and/or long term COVID lungs. Both pools were nice as well. Overall, we had a nice relaxing week and enjoyed our first trip to the OBX. We will definitely be back for another trip!

Convenient location, good views

The condo was pretty comfortable overall, with great beach access, plenty of space, and the small pool and playground area were popular with our kiddo.

OBX 2024 Vacation

This property was very clean and the location was perfect for us. Its in walking distance to Sam & Omies as well as the pier.

Beach view with easy access to beach. No elevator on property but has working luggage lift which was a lifesaver as we were on the 3rd floor. Easy check in/check out. Host very responsive.
Beautiful double rainbow when we first arrived! This view is from the rear patio.

Beautiful beach condo

Great property right on the beach, close to everything you'd need. The condo was clean. Make sure to bring your own beach towels and chairs, there are not any for use in the condo.

Great week in South Nags Head!

The condo is spacious and clean. Having linens included with the rental was a huge help. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary items. The view from the balcony is incredible! The grounds and pool are well maintained. We can't wait to go back next year.

OBX

Great location, it is a third floor walk up and grill is a shared property grill. Property could use some TLC sliding doors are very hard to open and close. Main bathroom toilet is loose and gross looking. View is amazing and totally worth it.

Great condo with beach view

This is a great condo to stay in. We were there for two weeks. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. The balcony is shady with a nice view and there are sturdy Adirondack chairs in front and back to watch sunrise/sunset. Our host answered all our questions promptly.
