Our units feature soaring ceilings, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant tiling, and modern decor! Free gym, pool, sauna, bowling alley, and golf simulator, access included. The Space:
DISCLAIMER: While each CozySuite is designed according to our style and décor standards, pictures shown above are representative photos of our units at this property, and floor plans, furniture, décor, and views may vary slightly depending on the unit.
This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.
Great amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed!
- Complimentary coffee
- In building bowling alley
- Golf simulator
- Fitness Center with Sauna
- Lobby/Lounge/Library
- Rooftop pool/hot tub access (heated): open typically from May to early October subject to weather.
- Building common area Wifi for co-working
Please note that our outdoor amenities (grills, firepits, and spa) are seasonal and are available from May through October, depending on the weather.
The building controls the HVAC, so it automatically heats or cools depending on the season.
Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
Living room: 1 sofa bed

Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the Warehouse District is a dynamic neighborhood often associated with the nearby North Loop. Known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere, the area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings.
The Warehouse District offers a diverse selection of rentals, from upscale apartments in modern developments to chic lofts in repurposed warehouses. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere. We find the location and downtown to be very walkable as well :)
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

$200 penalty for removing smoke detectors
$200 penalty for lost key fobs*
No outside guests without permission
One towel per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
