This lovely unit will sleep your party of 7 comfortably with a new King in the master (2023 new shades over the window with room darkening feature), a Queen and Twin in the second bedroom, and a new queen sleeper sofa in the den. All new living room furniture and wall mounted TV, new cabinets and counter tops in both bathrooms and all new window treatments await you! The condo also boasts a well-equipped kitchen (2023 renovation coming with new cabinets and countertops along with new lighting and ceiling in kitchen!), washer/dryer and AC in the unit. FREE BEACH LOCKER!
EASY CHECK-IN, OFFICE ON-SITE! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/5 - 10/18, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
