Enjoy summer days relaxing on the large deck, over looking a private back yard. Open up the whole house on those hot days by pulling back the bifold doors and feel the sun come through into the home (the home is north facing).

Spend your evenings dining on the deck under the heater, or pull down the side covers if it gets a bit chilly. Or if you prefer dine inside in the open plan kitchen and dining area.

If you stay over winter you can switch on the gas fire and enjoy an evening watching your favorite movie or sports game on the large / smart TV. Internet is free and unlimited.

The home boasts 3 generous bedrooms (the main bedroom has a queen bed / the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a double bed and bunks that have 3 single beds).

There is a separate bathroom and toilet (the bathroom has a shower and a bath). The washroom has a washing machine and dryer.

There is a private driveway and parking area which can park 2-3 cars.

(note the spa is not for usage / pets negotiable).
