The Space:

Welcome to Tooway Beach House, a relaxed and stylish two-story holiday home where comfort meets coastal charm. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this pet-friendly retreat is perfect for families or groups seeking sunshine, space, and a peaceful location only a short walk to Moffat or Dicky Beach. Step inside and unwind in the cosy chill-out zone, complete with bean bags and a Smart TV, the ideal space for the kids after a day at the beach. Continue through the home into the open-plan living area featuring a modern kitchen, dining space, and comfortable living space with a sofa, smart TV, an air conditioning unit and beautiful timber floors throughout. The living room opens onto a large deck with an alfresco dining table, outdoor sofa, and BBQ, all overlooking a lush garden with ocean glimpses. The spacious yard is fully fenced, perfect for kids and pets to play safely. Whether you’re seeking beachside adventures or a quiet place to recharge, Tooway Beach House has everything you need to feel right at home.



Upstairs:

Bedroom 1(Master Bedroom): The coastal chic master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, AC unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe and lovely ocean glimpses through the windows.



Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite): The modern ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.



Bedroom 2: Furnished with a plush queen bed, AC unit, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.



Bathroom 2: The modern main bathroom features a shower, vanity and toilet.



Bedroom 3: Perfect for the kids, the third bedroom features two king single beds, AC unit and a ceiling fan.



Bedroom 4: The final bedroom features a sofa bed that can be made into a single or double sofa bed, plus a ceiling fan.



Downstairs:

Laundry/Toilet: Equipped with a front loader washing machine, dryer and an outdoor clothesline, plus a separate toilet to accommodate the downstairs.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and double garage, there is also space to park 1-2 cars on the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking available.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the quiet Sunshine Coast suburb of Dicky Beach and is positioned only a short walk, drive or cycle to the beautiful sands of Dicky or Moffat Beach. The home is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, skate parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. A short drive will take you to an array of coastal areas in Caloundra with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy.

Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 7 minute walk to Beerburrum Street where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).



Other Things to Note:

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
