The Space: Welcome to our two-story holiday home, where comfort meets convenience, sleeping up to 8 guests. As you step inside, a cosy sitting area with a work-from-home space awaits, along with a convenient small bathroom and separate laundry. Glass sliding doors lead to the entertaining area overlooking the sparkling resort-style pool and a grassy patch for your four-legged friend. At the front of the home there is an inviting living area with a smart Art TV (apps TV), adjacent to bedrooms 3 and 4, both featuring queen beds. Upstairs, the open-plan modern kitchen, dining, and living room with an AC unit offer seamless relaxation. From here you can step out onto the expansive deck space with a large alfresco table and an outdoor sofa, complete with an eco fire burner overlooking the lush garden and sparking pool area. The master bedroom and a newly renovated bathroom await upstairs, alongside bedroom two and another spacious modern bathroom. Enjoy this coastal retreat with all the comforts of home!

Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite): The stylish and modern ensuite bathroom is fitted with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity.
Bedroom 2: Furnished with a plush queen bed, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.
Bathroom 2: The modern main bathroom upstairs features a spacious layout with a bathtub, shower, a sleek vanity and toilet.
Downstairs: Bedroom 3: Featuring a comfortable queen bed, this room is complete with a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.
Bedroom 4: The final bedroom located downstairs also features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe.
Bathroom 2.5: There is a small bathroom located downstairs with a toilet and shower.
Laundry: Equipped with a front loader washing machine, dryer and an outdoor clothesline.
*please note there is one AC unit in the home, located in the upstairs open plan living area.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home, there is space to park 1-2 cars on the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking available. Please note the home does not have a garage.
The Neighborhood: The home is located in the quiet Sunshine Coast suburb of Battery Hill and is positioned only a short drive or cycle to the beautiful sands of Dicky Beach. Battery Hill is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, skate parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. A short drive will take you to an array of coastal areas in Caloundra with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy. - Dicky Beach & Dog Friendly Beach is a 4-minute drive away - Patrolled Beaches: Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach are a 10-minute drive away - Moffat Beach is a 6-minute drive away - Point Cartwright lighthouse and scenic hiking, La Balsa Park & Buddina Beach are a 20-minute drive - Kawana shopping world and cinema is a 15 minute drive - Mooloolaba Beach 20-30 minute drive - The Wharf at Mooloolaba: dining, water sports, shopping - Deep-sea fishing, sunset sailing, whale watching, scuba instruction - Mooloolaba Fish Market - Mooloolaba Surf Life Saving Club - Maroochydore airport is a 30 minute drive - Brisbane airport is a 60-90 minute drive - Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive - Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10-15 minute drive - Noosa Heads is a 50-minute drive
Getting Around: It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 10 minute walk to Beerburrum Street where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
Other Things to Note: *Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.

This property was very well designed and organised. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. The pool was enjoyed by the children and provided a relaxing atmosphere for the adults. Our hosts were extremely accommodating, consistently responding to any inquiries in a professional manner. The location was excellent and conveniently close to all the amenities we required.

The property was suited and welcoming to our pets. The pool was clean, but difficult to keep clean with the surrounding bamboo trees and leaf litter. The water feature, tables, stools, and lounge in the under cover area needs a tidy up. The pond located on the right side at the rear of the property is not suitable as it was still water sitting, was dirty and a place where mosquitoes would breed. The gates were very suitable and private with children and dogs kept safe and secure.
