Please read to the END - Worst Place Ever - Look at PhotosThe host was most definitely inattentive - zero follow up after concerns raised re: cleanliness of mattresses/linenThe Story Goes -- Had to have the owner come and meet us as no lockbox for keys - trying to arrange access on day of check-in-All linen and mattresses were vile filthy - contacted owner who sent cleaner who assured us clean, just old and stained. Cleaner and us were disgusted when we pulled back the sheets and removed mattress protector. Absolutely filthy and stained. Photos attached - please view. Kitchen - cups so old/used they were completely scratched, white porcelain turned grey. There was not one thing it that kitchen we did not wash before using.Bathrooms - clean, but only one small hotel soap across 2 bathrooms and toilet room.No Basics that are normally provided at these places - tea/coffee/hairdryerUnfortunately, due to Christmas we were unable to find anything else in our location (or budget after already paying 1400) for the whole week of Christmas.....SOLUTION: We went to Harris Scarf and bought new sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, and cups. It was a health hazard (I promise - no exaggeration). It was very disappointing for what was meant to a special family Christmas. We strongly recommend Stayz to remove this listing from their site, and prohibit owners from listing any of their properties on Stayz. LOOK AT PHOTOS - NO EXAGGERATION!
