A bright and open space with lots of comfortable seating and large windows overlooking greenery, with a cozy fireplace, large dining area that opens to outdoor deck with pizza oven, outdoor setting along with large umbrella for you to watch the kids enjoy the fully fenced yard, plus an outdoor shower. Kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and breakfast bar for casual dining. Step downstairs to a separate sitting room for relaxing away from the kids or just read a book. Upstairs are three bedrooms with family bathroom and toilet with laundry and powder room downstairs.
