Welcome to this fabulous decorated central location Park Residences Apartment.
Apartment is located in the heart of Auckland CBD, less than 5mins walk to the Sky Tower, Queen Street, Viaduct Habour, and the waterfront.
This beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment boasts a living room, 2 bedrooms with comfy queen-size beds and 2 bathrooms.
The living room with a balcony and large floor-to-ceiling sliding door lets you enjoy the city view.
Deluxe comfortable beds with quality linens, towels and an extra blanket.
The full-sized bathroom has towels and a hairdryer. Guest amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.
A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, dishes, mugs, wine glasses, and pretty much everything you need to cook a meal is provided. - Instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, cooking oil are provided as our welcome package.
Smart TV with TV channels. Free unlimited high-speed fibre wifi for your social and business requirements.
Washing machine and dryer, washing powder, iron and ironing board, and cloth hangers.
Guest Access:
Guests have the whole apartment exclusively by themselves.
The Neighborhood:
The walk is the most convenient and easiest way to get around.
Bus and train station within 5mins walk.
3mins walk to Queen Street, supermarket, restaurant and cafe.
5mins walk to Skytower, The waterfront, Ferry Building, and Train station.
10-15mins walk to Auckland Art Gallery, Viaduct harbour, Silo Park, Auckland Fish Market, Britomart, Spark Arena.
5-10mins drive to Auckland Museum and Domain, Mission Bay and Beach, North Shore, Ponsonby, Kelly Tarlton's Sea Life Aquarium.
20mins drive to Auckland Airport.
Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately, we don't have on-site parking for rent in this building, there are a few Wilson parking are 20 to 150 meters away from the apartment building.
The Wilson parking on 134 Hobson Street which is about 100 meters away from the apartment building, the cost for early bird parking is $22 for 12 hours with paying on park mate APP, purchase the tickets between 6am to 10am; the nightly rate is Monday to Friday from 4pm valid until 8am for 12 hours, the nightly rate is $12.
The apartment building is located at 32 Swanson Street Auckland Central, you could also have a look on the Internet to see which car park is more suitable for you:)
The amenities like toilet paper rolls , rubbish bags , dishwasher / laundry capsules… were provide as a welcome package , after using all of them the guest need to buy some more by themselves depending on different usage. We appreciate your understanding!
