Both rooms are filled with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cupboard and counter space, perfect for preparing meals. Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a 65-inch TV for your entertainment. Plus, step outside to the enclosed patio, a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air in privacy

Guests have full access to two bedrooms, the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room (for stays of seven days or longer). You'll also enjoy a large private backyard with a charming patio and comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing outdoors and soaking in the fresh air. Additionally, you'll have access to a refreshing community pool for added leisure and enjoyment.

Additional rules
In the event the fob and or access card is lost or damaged there will be a replacement fee of $150 usd.

Access to the laundry room is available for guests staying a minimum of seven nights or longer.

Please note: Our elevated patio does not have barriers. Use with caution and at your own risk.

Additional requests
*Important* Before you leave, please leave the key and access card on the coffee table and lock the front door using the smart lock. Dispose of any trash in the yellow-top bin outside in front of the house, and wash any used dishes. Be sure to check for all your belongings before you go.
