Lynnsey, losing your groceries because the fridge could not hold temperature is not something you should have had to deal with, and an empty hand soap dispenser on top of it. The refrigeration unit in that house has been pulled and replaced, and hand soap has been moved onto the counted inventory list at every changeover instead of a visual check. The check in steps are being cut down to a single message with the code. Thank you for the honest read on the noise too. We are straight with folks now about which homes sit within earshot of live music and which sit back in the quiet stretch, and I would put you in the quiet stretch next time.
