The property is well kept and beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything we needed. Checking in and out was easy. It is also very close to Main Street - an easy walk if you prefer.

We enjoyed the beautifully decorated getaway. The kitchen had everything needed. We were very comfortable. The close proximity to downtown was a real plus.

Gorgeous & Cozy

Super convenient; walkable to Main, yet quiet. Decorated with so many cool, fun kitschy finds. Beds were v comfortable. WiFi was strong. Will 100% recommend and hope to return.

What a beautiful cottage!! So comfortable, cozy and oh so charming!! Highlight for us was sitting in the rockers on the front porch until about 1am enjoying a breeze and good quiet conversation when out of the blue there are 5 deer in the street in front of us and 2 deer in the yard. I highly recommend Eva’s Guest Hauz!!!

Quick Couples Weekend

Two couples, getting away for the weekend. Loved the historic charm of the house. Peaceful back patio perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. We were able to walk to one of our favorite restaurants, Hill and Vine, as well as to Main Street. Beds were super comfortable! management was very responsive and helpful!

Perfect choice while staying in Fredericksburg, Texas!

Such a wonderful haus! The gas fireplace was awesome for cold nights. Loved the private back porch. Located on a very safe and clean neighborhood street. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing some of our meals. The property managers were so nice and helpful. We had an awesome five-night stay and would definitely choose this rental should we return to Fredericksburg :)

Home is very comfortable! Good for 4 people but not more than that….. convenient to Main Street….. we walked. Wish the tv was larger….. very small and hard to see.

Wonderful location. We could walk everywhere. Clean and neat. Great bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Kitchen small but well equipped with everything we needed. There’s no dining area. We ate outside or on the coffee table or end tables. Living room dark. Needs more lighting or stronger light bulbs. There are steps stools to help get into the beds under to the beds. We didn’t find them until the last day. All I all, we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for making our time in Fredericksburg easy and enjoyable.
