The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:
- BBQ facilities, guest lounge, and backyard
- Outdoor swimming pool and spa.
- Fully equipped fitness center
- a Suana room
- a Kid pool
- a basketball court and A Tennis Court (reservation with the building management)
All of them are on the ground floor
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance, or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

Surfers Paradise is the perfect idyllic destination for anyone needing a little R&R. Long sunny days, beautiful, modern architecture, and great shopping in one of the nearby shopping villages all add up to a great way to get some 'me' time done in style.
Lounge near the pool or play a round of tennis during the day, and enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the ocean by night. The only important thing is to chill out and not have to move a muscle while you're there.
If you'd much rather get out there and see the action, the Gold Coast is jam-packed with sights and activities. During your stay, you'll have the ocean mere metres from your door, and the shops, pubs, clubs, and restaurants of Surfers Paradise just a short stroll further.

âą Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the balconies. You must go outside on the street. If you smoke inside or on the balconies, you will be charged $500 additional cleaning fee & your stay will be terminated without refund (Minut devices monitoring smoking).
âą No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $900 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
âą We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
âą If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
+For your information the dining table is worth nearly $6000AUD, if it is scratched or marked, replacement will be at the guests cost.
âą In case of a lost set of keys, These special building keys may need to have locks changed on doors, a $300 fee will be charged for key replacement.
âą The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.

Welcome to Paradise! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please adhere to the following guidelines.
Guest Requirements
Age Restriction: Guests must be 23 years or older to book. Guests under 23 (excluding those under 18) must provide passport identification and approve a refundable security deposit.
New/Low-Rated Guests: Guests: Security Deposit Policy
For guests with limited or no prior reviews, those new to short-term rentals, or with a rating below 5 stars, a security deposit of AUD 1,000 is required. This deposit is fully refundable after checkout, provided the property is left in satisfactory condition and all house rules are adhered to. This request will be sent via the booking platform and must be accepted at the time of your reservation confirmation.
A security deposit request of AUD 1000 will be sent to you thru the channel platform (you'll receive an email). This request must be accepted upon booking confirmation and the deposit will be held for the duration of your stay.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout, provided the apartment's condition is found to be satisfactory. Please note that the security deposit will not be refunded if any of the "House Rules," "Terms of Stay," "Additional Rules," or "Body Corporate Bylaws" are violated. Any costs or damages incurred may be deducted from this amount, in accordance with our terms of stay and house rules.
Failure to pay the security deposit on the booking confirmation day or prior to your check-in day will result in denied check-in, and your booking may be cancelled without refund. Any costs related to such a cancellation will be at your expense.
