Walk everywhere, or take the tram. We are so close to the heart of Surfers Paradise and the beach. This luxurious spacious waterfront home spans over 3 levels with spectacular city skyline views, this architecturally designed 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home will command your instant attention.
Creating a sense of serenity and spaciousness with ample space for the whole family or extended family living. TV’s in all bedrooms.
We are able to add in two rollaway beds should you need extra bedding.

LOCATION

Nestled in in quiet part of Surfers Paradise. Located just 400 metres from the beach and a 800m walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise. Just a 250m walk to tram stops and 8 minutes to the very best restaurants and coffee shops. Leave the car and walk 5 mins to the heart of Surfers Paradise.

Offering an expansive luxurious space this three level villa is the epitome of luxury and pleasure.

LIVING

This architecturally designed residence boasts a large open plan light filled living, dining and lounge area. Large floor to ceiling windows and doors creates an impression of space, style and quality.

Stunning Germancraft open plan custom kitchen with Butler's pantry including a wine fridge, perfect for entertaining.

Free parking for two cars undercover, and one in the driveway.

This accommodation has noise restrictions between 10pm-7am.
Please carefully consider this when booking. Only respectful holiday makers please. This area is very quiet.
Strictly no parties or functions.
You must be over 35 years to book this home. Loud noise will not be tolerated, the peaceful environment should be maintained at all times.

The house was beautifully presented, and wow what a house.The little extra things this property has is amazing.The location is only a short walk to Cavill Ave yet so peacefully enough distance away.The pool was set at the perfect temperature as we are from Melbourne, so was lovely.Racquel was so easy to deal with, making our stay incredible.We will be back!!

We had an excellent stay celebrating Christmas. The house was great for our family of 3 generations. The kitchen was beautifully functional and spacious, the pool was great and the arcade game in the media room a big bonus for the kids (big & small). It is a very comfortable home in an excellent part of the Gold Coast. Raquel is a great communicator. I would recommend this house.

This is a wonderful property. We booked for two families with three toddlers. It met our needs perfectly. The house itself is stunning and is very clean and comfortable. There are many thoughtful touches throughout and generous amenities from the host. The pool is beautiful and very clean. The location is fabulous, just a short walk to shops and to the beach. Highly recommend this property.

The house was amazing, exceeded expectations. Ideal to rent with a couple of friends for a few fun days. Everything about the booking and check in process was super easy and no problems along the way. Host was super helpful as well.

The house was beautifully furnished and presented. Check in and out was simple and the venue is central to everything. Very comfortable and enough towels and pantry items for a comfortable stay. The agent was very professional, accommodating and friendly. Many of my friends plan on re booking this place for their own family. Thank you for looking after us so well.
