The home offers a dedicated parking space on the property, along with additional off-street parking. It’s situated in a quiet location, just a short walk from Woolworths.

The laundry is fully equipped for longer stays, and the ambient interiors make this space feel both inspiring and restorative.

Please note this is our owners personal home. He travels often and offering his home for guest use. The owner has locked off one side of the home for with his personal belongings. We are grateful for your respect and care.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the home at any time after 3PM via a secure lockbox.

Getting Around:
A car is handy if you’d like to explore further afield, but much of what you’ll need is within walking or cycling distance. Public transport options are nearby, offering convenient connections to the city and beyond. Rideshare services and bike hire are also widely available, making it easy to get around.

Other things to note:
- A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by the agreed time, with an additional charge for every 15 minutes thereafter.

There are functioning outdoor security cameras located at the back of the house and at the front corners for your safety and the security of the property. These monitor external areas only and are not placed in any private or indoor spaces.

A bin guide is posted inside the kitchen cupboard door, detailing which bins go out every second Monday night (alternating weeks).
