I really enjoyed my stay. I found the property to be comfortable. My issues were around check-in and contacting the Host. They use AI to get back to you. The AI is helpful, but it would’ve been nice to get an email with check-in information instead of having to call.Also the house could use an info binder instead of having to call to get WiFi and property info.

Ok place, but misleading photos

The house was clean, which was excellent! However, the photos of the property were misleading. We expected a wide open beach with plenty of space to run and play. When we arrived, there was caution tape up in two places on the beach, and the screened-in-porch was leaking in multiple places. There was no mention of providing your own toilet paper, but we should have brought some because there was a half roll in each bathroom with no extra provided. There was comfortable living space for our whole family, which was a nice benefit. The kitchen was also lovely to cook in, which I appreciated. Thank you for having us.

I also appreciate you pointing out the leaking porch and the limited toilet paper supply. Here’s a polished version that stays under 1,500 characters while keeping the review factual and balanced:The house and amenities were as described in the photos, with nothing missing. There were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and the entire house was clean upon arrival.Unfortunately, the sunroom and outdoor areas did not match the photos and left a lot to be desired.The sunroom was essentially unusable because it was extremely warm. Of the six windows that could be opened, only two had screens. The ceiling fan had no blades or lights, and an LED flashlight hanging from a chain was being used for lighting.The backyard was usable, but there were safety concerns, especially since we had young children with us. There was an approximately 5 x 10-foot empty pond filled with algae and debris, covered only by what appeared to be loose netting. The fence “lock” was a piece of rusted wire wrapped around the post that could easily be lifted off.The area around the picnic table was littered with garbage and tires and was generally a mess. There was also a broken umbrella stand with no umbrella. The backyard fire pit was unusable and filled with dead yard waste.Overall, the house itself was clean and comfortable, but the sunroom and outdoor areas need significant attention and maintenance.
