With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this unit comfortably sleeps nine. Two free underground parking spots PLUS A PRIVATE 2-CAR GARAGE, offering guests FOUR parking spots in total! Private Ski Locker, Cable, WIFI, Indoor Fireplace, BBQ, Heated Tile Flooring, and Private Hot Tub!

• Cross country ski trail access is also located across the street

• Minutes walk from the Sun Peaks ice arena, rental skates available.

An in-resort shuttle service runs during the winter and includes a stop at the Crystal Forest.


Guest Access:
Two levels, private entry townhome. On the main floor you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom and one full bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private deck. The main floor is on the ground level, with stairs to the second floor.

You will have access to two dedicated parking spaces in the heated underground parking garage PLUS two extra parking spaces in your own private garage also located in the underground.

Visitor parking is available on a first come first serve. Over-height parking is available just outside of the underground garage entrance and is also first come first serve. Additional paid parking also available from the resort in the nearby P5 lot as well as in the other lots.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Bag all trash and recycling for easy pick up by the cleaners. Bedding can be left on the beds. Dirty towels can be left in the bathrooms. Hang the ski locker keys and bbq keys back on their hooks.
Turn off TVs & Fireplace. Turn main living room thermostat to 10 degrees. Turn all other thermostats OFF including all heated floors (if used during your stay).
Turn off propane tank (if used during your stay). Sign out of Smart TV applications. Close and secure hot tub cover with strap (locking not required).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
