Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported to the host within 6 hours of check-in for resolution. Failure to allow remediation will result in no refund.
The house is professionally cleaned after each stay and is expected to be left clean and tidy upon checkout.
Any additional cleaning costs or damages will be the responsibility of the guest.
