The Space:

Two full houses booked as one VRBO reservation give a multi-family trip or a big reunion the rare combination of privacy and togetherness. Everyone gets their own bedroom and bathroom to retreat to, but the rooftops, game rooms, and backyard pull the whole group back together every evening.



The Gambler leans into Nashville's music-row energy, with a poker table and guitar-themed wallpaper in its game room, a pool table under a Johnny Cash mural, and a kitchen island built for group breakfasts. Its four bedrooms mix king beds with a queen lofted bed and a room sleeping six across doubles and singles, good for families with kids who want their own corner.



The Retreat runs its own full kitchen and living room with sectional seating, plus a light-filled office if a parent or grandparent needs to step away and work during the trip. Out back, both homes share a barrel sauna, a giant chess set, and hammocks strung along a mural-painted fence.

It's a stretch of Nashville built for larger groups who want sports, music, and attractions close by without staying in the thick of downtown



Getting Around:

Rideshare is the easiest way into Broadway and downtown Nashville from here. The surrounding streets make getting the group loaded up and out for the day simple
