In the heart of the Sonoran Desert, located in N. Scottsdale, Cactus Casita has so much to offer! This is a first floor unit with no stairs, and in a gated community. Included with stay is new refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer (2022), RO drinking water filtration system, a fully stocked kitchen, access to all amenities including four pools, gym, chef meals for purchase, clubhouse movie theater. Just down the path! Neighborhood park (Pickle ball courts, walking paths, play equipment for children) adjoins our complex, Fry's Marketplace, Starbucks, retail stores and restaurants are within walking distance ( appx 1/2 mi one way). Enjoy shopping, golf, hiking, Suns games, spring baseball, and Phx Open, all a short drive away!

The Space
Cactus Casita boasts two bedrooms - one a master with bath, and the other has a private bath down a short hall. This condo conveniently has a small office nook with built in desk and padded office chair. Beautifully decorated, newer appliances (2022), recently updated baths, and fresh, high quality bedding and towels await you! The floor plan is split with the kitchen and living room dividing the bedrooms. This creates a quiet, private space for everyone! The patio is private and accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Parking is ample, free and available near the condo. Small dogs are welcome! Please no cats, large dogs, or other pets.

Our Community
We love our condo community! The amenities it offers are truly resort quality! Our community boasts four pools, one of which is a "quiet" pool, a gym across the parking lot from our condo, walking paths, close walking-proximity to grocery shopping and restaurants. Cactus Casita is adjacent Thompson Peak Park with pickleball courts, walking paths, and a new playground, Just a short drive away is the TPC Golf Course, other numerous golf courses, the Kierlands shopping center, Mayo Clinic, DC Ranch, and all the hiking you want in the Sonoran Desert preserves!
Our community is a residential community and we ask our guests to please respect our neighbors. Please no loud gatherings. Small dogs are welcome. Please no cats, large dogs, or other pets.

Wonderful space and great location

We stayed for a month with our family and it was incredible space. The pool was so close, and the location in Greyhawk was so convenient. Communication was excellent.

Staying at Cactus Casita

We stayed at this property for four months. Absolutely love it! Very nice condo and great location. Has everything you need to cook meals and close to shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was quick to respond to our questions.

Better than expected

The house was perfect for our family. It was well stocked, very clean, and close to everything. The kids loved the pool, the neighbors were friendly, and we would definitely stay again. Patty was a great host and although we didn’t have any problems, she was easy to get ahold of and I’m sure would have quickly fixed anything that came up. Thanks Patty for a great stay.

fantastic place for a resort like vacation

Extremely comfortable condo with lovely outdoor eating space. Modestly sized rooms, but absolutely everything you might need. very comfortable king bed and incredible master shower. Completely equipped kitchen and whole condo extraordinarily well equipped--like a home, not a rental. Extraordinary amenities including wonderful huge salt water pools. Also (tho we didn't use because of the pandemic) beautiful gym, meeting room and food service. Great location with so many walking trails and nearby large green space for walking your dogs or just walking....Our hosts could not have been more helpful or gracious. I would highly recommend and hope we can come back. Its just a lovely place.
