Please use bin provided for all sanitary products.

*No parties/ gatherings/ pets. Zero tolerance of drugs policy - any guests who breach this rule will receive an instant $250 penalty fee.
*No smoking inside or heavy drinking at the property. Smokers - please smoke outside & dispose of butts responsibly.
*Strict noise control policy - after 10pm (including music) a $120 call out fee will be charged if there are any issues.
*Use of the Fire Place is not permitted at all.
*Property facilities are for paying guests only. Visitors are only permitted during non quiet hours.
* Any breach of rules, guests maybe asked to leave the property & without refund.
*If any additional cleaning of the property is required - an extra cleaning fee will be apply.
