Property suited 2 families perfectly. We had a great time and were very impressed with all the appliances available ie proper coffee machine / air fryer. Had everything you could need!

Fantastic

We had a great holiday with three generations together. The house is very clean, well equipped kitchen and very spacious living area. It was perfect for our group. Great location so close to the beach and a beach access way just across the road. Highly recommend!

Great family getaway

We have a great stay at this property over the long weekend with 4 adults and 4 young children. It was the perfect space and layout for 2 families to comfortably enjoy. Minutes walk to the beach and so many choices in Papamoa and The Mount. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of service and quality of the home, check in and out was a breeze and fantastic service by Beyonder. We would definitely love to return for another family break.

Perfect for two small families

The size and setup of the house was perfect for my sister and I to take our husbands and kids away for a long weekend. I imagine a longer stay would work well as the space is ideal for two families. Right across the road from the beach. The secure gate meant the busy road wasn’t an issue with our young kids. The house was beautifully presented and great for summer or winter.

Fantastic stay at a fantastic house with brilliant location!

We stayed for the weekend with our four young children and my parents visiting from the UK and had a fantastic time.The house was beyond our expectations, super spacious with everything you could need, everything had been thought of.Great games for the kids, all the mod-cons in kitchen appliances, technology etc. I brought our Apple TV but didn't need to use it as all the tvs had all the apps included. Great coffee machine too.All the rooms had ample space and the house was set out brilliantly.Beautiful sunsets from the deck with the beach and perfect location with the beach just across the road. We thought the insinkerator wasn't working and called "Beyond" who were super helpful and got back to us super quickly letting us know that we just needed to press the reset button!There isn't anything negative that I could say about the house at all! Absolutely brilliant!
