This breathtaking home keeps it simple but elegant. With the beach only a quick stroll down the road this property will meet all your needs. You can wake up and enjoy your coffee outside in the private patio or if you prefer you can pop down to one of the close cafes for a yummy breakfast!
Set back from the road and with a fully fenced private back yard you can do all the relaxing you need to unwind.
Grab a book and enjoy the sun or grab your togs and towel and stroll to the beach...
Don't want to cook dinner? Well you don't have to with a wide selection of amazing restaurant's to choose from close at hand.
This gorgeous home has everything you need to ensure you have a perfect holiday!

The spacious master bedroom has an attached ensuite and large walk in wardrobe. A stroll down the hallway takes you to the second bedroom which has two king single beds, this room also has the advantage of an attached bathroom which has a bath and a shower! The third bedroom is located nice and privately at the end of the hall and has a separate toilet nice and handy.

The kitchen flows to the indoor dining and lounge...and the outdoor area which is covered and surrounded by lovely gardens can be accessed via the lounge or the dining room. So you can easily spark up the BBQ and be able to mingle with those inside...

*Pets welcome, but please respect the furniture.
*Linen is provided.
*Cleaning included for after your stay - just put things back to their home spot please :)
*Please respect the neighbour's and keep the noise down after 10pm.

Everything was clean and in order for us, we had no issues what so ever and loved staying. Last minute needed to bring our dog and had no issues with our host accommodating us.

Property was very modern, generally clean & tidy and well appointed. Kitchen was family size and plenty of general appliances, cooking implements etc. Bedrooms were all good sizes and beds comfortable.More than ample room for 6 adults.Good size garage.Location was brilliant for our purposesJim & Family & friends

All you need and everything you want

We had an amazing stay. The house is equipped with everything you need to feel like a home away from home. It’s a super quick walk to the beach so the location is the cherry on top. We hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely home . Beds were very comfortable .Found the oven top tricky to use - could possibly have a small booklet to explain . Poached egg chef ( female aged 70) Sunday morning did not like using it . Were planning to have dinner sitting in the delightful courtyard under the umbrella DARN IT the irrigation switched on . wet chairs

Fabulous break away

Size of house / outdoor area provided plenty of options for seating / relaxing, including barbecue. Just what we needed. Fabulous to be able to have our two small dogs with us too.

Homely home.

The house was very comfortable and exactly what we needed for a long weekend and it would be even better for a longer holiday. I would love to go back in the future. It was well equipped for holiday needs with shops and cafes within easy distance.

Relaxing and a wonderful stay

We stayed over the Matariki long weekend, and it was a great location. Every year the three of us guys decide on a different location to relax and enjoy the sun. We're glad we chose this property as it had everything we needed, stone throw from the beach, shops close by, warm, good size house with two bathrooms. Anna also catered for our early check in plus made sure the gas on the bbq was full as we do a lot of bbq's haha. Fantastic property.

Paradise in Papamoa

We had a 4 night stay here in April. We loved staying a wee bit away from the city center but still accessible. We had 2 older teens with us so made the most of climbing the Mount, mini golf in Tauranga, 10 pin bowling in Tauranga, shopping and the movies at Bayfair and shopping the the local Fresh Choice for food supplies. This house was spacious with 2 bathrooms so one for the teens and one for the parents! Well presented. Fully recommend.
