Centrally located with just a short walk between the Goolwa Beach Hub, including beautiful Goolwa Beach/ The Kuti Shack/ Goolwa Beach Surf Life Saving Club/ 4WD off-road access to the sand, the South Lakes Golf Club, the Encounter bike way.
