Candlewood Lake waterfront home offering beautiful panoramic views from every corner. This house and property has western exposure where the sun slips behind the mountains nightly for a magical sunset. There is also an available boat slip for your use so you can explore what the lake has to offer. Waterfront is across the street. Multiple level patios lakeside with full outdoor commercial kitchen, pizza oven, and a wood firepit area. Plentiful seating and relaxing options outdoors. Watch the boats go by all day long, rent a boat or bring your own. Candlewood Lake is so beautiful and is fun to explore by water! We have two kayaks, and two paddle boards. At the house is a 6 person covered, private hot tub on the back patio deck. PLEASE read notes at the bottom of this description.

The lakeside patio is a great entertaining and gathering area for family. Enjoy morning coffee on the dock, prepare and enjoy dinner at the waterfront, do some fishing off the dock, or relax on the outdoor swing. At night light up the wood fire pit and toast some marshmallows in front of the fire while you enjoy your family time together.

Beautiful views of Candlewood Lake from the house from the living room, dining room, sunroom, master bedroom, and 1st floor front bedroom. Front facing deck also with amazing Candlewood lake views with bar height table, chairs, 4 Gloster relaxation chairs, and soothing stream about 10 feet away to set the mood.

Relax and watch the lake in the main floor living room with open loft above and gas fireplace. The main floor is very open, bright, and great for entertaining indoors. Granite countertops adorn the kitchen which is outfitted with high end commercial appliances and breakfast bar. The sunroom is our favorite room room in the house. Open the doors to get the breeze or turn on the ac for a cool, cozy, and entertaining night inside. A full bathroom and bedroom outfitted with luxury Cozy Earth bamboo sheets is also the main floor. One additional bedroom is an office and off limits.

Spacious master bedroom upstairs with seating for two. Sleep number bed in master bedroom to wake up refreshed and to the gorgeous Candlewood lake views or watch the moon shine on the lake at night. Large Master bath has a double sink, tile shower, and large jacuzzi tub. Cozy Earth waffle style luxury bath sheets are provided to give you a soft and cozy spa experience after using the shower or whirlpool tub.

The open loft is a great spot to catch the latest movie or watch TV. There is a 70" smart TV with wireless surround sound. There are three couches, two of which are sleeper sofas which comfortably sleep two each. Luxury Cozy Earth bamboo sheets will embrace you as you sleep.

The ground floor level has a third full bathroom, air hockey table, a gas fireplace, and Laundry area including ice machine. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa. The ice machine is great for filling up your coolers if you plan on spending a day at the lake. The microwave is also downstairs. No matter what season, if bad weather hits and a power loss occurs, don’t worry. The home is equipped with an automatic whole house generator.

The owners keep their boats/jet skis on the dock and may pass through the property to access them. They will wave and say hello but not disrupt your stay. If you need anything feel free to ask.

Detached garage is behind the property is new for 2023 and is NOT part of the rental. The owners keep their car collection there and may frequently be at the garage.

This is our primary residence that we want to share with others. We are a non smoking family. The house is dog friendly but we do charge a fee of $85/night so make sure that you select that you are bringing a pet when you make your reservation. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. We have a “kid” of our own. Her name is Lucky and she is a Boxer. We are also bourbon lovers. We have a lot of bourbon books and bottles for you to admire.

We have two 9.5 foot single person kayaks and two paddle boards that our guests are more then welcome to use. Swim, boat, fish, and enjoy your time at this relaxing Candlewood Lake retreat.

Relaxing family atmosphere; no parties allowed. No additional guests other than those booked on the reservation. No smoking. No underage drinking. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of their drivers license. This is a very high end, luxury rental.
