Nice cottage in a great location! Quiet and private but so close to everything! Very good communication with the host, and easy check in. I would definitely stay there again. Only issue was we couldn't get the tv to work.

Very nice property, clean and comfortable. The landlord was very helpful with 2 questions we had and he responded very quickly. I must admit that the kitchen cupboards were very disorganized! But that did not prevent us from from preparing meals.

We had a great time staying here. My wife and I, kids aged 2 and 4, and our small dog. We liked hanging out on the deck, the kids really enjoyed the provided toys and games and also drawing in the little art office.

Our stay was nice .. just a few concerns.. there was no deck railings. The front window in the bedroom the blind was broken two of them .. couldn't get the TV to work. And also the bathroom floor made lots of noises.. besides that the house was very nice. And Once we got the fire pit working that was nice.

Beautiful property that offers comfort and privacy only about 10 minutes by car from Cavendish Beach. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and the full kitchen, bathroom and laundry were greatly appreciated. The fire pit was a nice touch and providing things like beach chairs, sand toys and sunscreen were an added bonus.

The property was located in a location that is easy to drive to Cavendish beaches and the Anne of Green Gables Heritage site. There is a lovely coffee shop just a 3 minute drive away. There is a small view of the water from the front porch.

Exactly as Described!

We were fortunate to find this cottage. After travelling in our campervan for over a month we really enjoyed everything this place had to offer both us and our dog. Things that were especially nice or thoughtful include sunscreen/bug stuff, things for the kids to do, an outdoor "leash" for the dog, a/c, laundry, a big pot for cooking lobster, well stocked kitchen including air fryer, nice beds and bedding, good recycling set up, BBQ, firepit, and outdoor eating area. Wifi was really good (just like it says in the listing). Lots of birds to listen to as well as a nice view. Very nice and quiet area. Really accessible to lots of tourist attractions.

So you have to bring nothing; you can bring food but there are amazing restaurants close by...the hosts maybe everything extremely easy. made the reservation checked with messages. got the code...went.... clean, beautiful property. it was perfect ..this will be a regular vacation spot for us

My wife and I booked this property to get a quiet, isolated retreat—far enough away from the busy tourist areas, but close enough to reach the different hot spots on the island. The location was perfect for that. The cottage itself was well-maintained and all amenities were offered: WiFi (including Google Chromecast units for the TV!), laundry, dishwasher, fridge, stove. The house was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for my wife and I and our dog. The beds were a little too firm for our liking but others may have different preferences. There's a BBQ and propane fire pit on the deck and a lot of beautiful green space all around. The wood-burning fire pit was not set up, but there is one on site. We assume we were the first visitors of the season so not everything was completely ready—and we didn't get the greatest weather for a traditional fire anyway, between the wind and rainy couple of days we got. The cottage itself is within 10 minutes of Cavendish, about 15 minutes from North Rustico, and very close to other central PEI locations. It's about 30 minutes from Charlottetown so the location is ideal. We highly recommend this property if you're looking for something quiet, cozy, and beautiful.
