WE had a great time with beautiful weather! Enjoyed the kayak, deck and dock! House had a most excellent pool table that we very much appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked also!

Location Location Location

We rented this place because it’s one street over from my in laws and we needed the extra bedrooms for Memorial Day Weekend. The large sun deck on the water was perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed to sleep comfortably. The house itself was a little dated but you can’t beat the price or location. Check in process was simple and we’d definitely stay here again.

Each room had an individual air conditioner unit which was a nice surprise. The dresser in the one bedroom had a door that would not stay shut and my husband hit his shin more than once when coming to bed in the dark. The refrigerator stopped working when I plugged something in to the outlet next to it for the day and came back to that surprise. Good news is there was a toaster oven and dishwasher which was not listed specifically

By the water

I rented this house because it was right by the water and had a boat dock. I talked to the owner about having my boat there and he said it was fine. He did let me know that it gets low at low tide. I just wasn’t expecting it be that low. I don’t know if the property owner is responsible for dredging or someone else. Getting to the boat dock was something different. You had to walk up steps onto a deck then down a steep ramp to get to the dock. The house was okay for what it was. The kitchen was nice and the living room had a big L shaped couch. My wife and I slept in the room with two beds because we felt the master bedroom bed was a bit hard for us. The backyard area had a bunch of wood and lumber off to the side for what ever reason. To me the house looked like it was decorated by a grandmother that found things at different yard sales. There was only one bathroom. If you don’t mind that then the place was fine. It was clean and didn’t have any smell of any kind.I could only give it 3 stars just because of some of the things I mentioned. If I just needed a quick place to stay and didn’t need a boat dock it would be fine.
