- Step into your backyard and straight into the lagoon! Our home is situated right on the water with:
- Private dock for swimming, fishing, crabbing, or mooring your boat/water toys
- Outdoor hot tub (fits 7)
- 2 kayaks, life jackets, and ladder access to the lagoon
- 2 propane fire pits for cozy evenings
- Gas grill and outdoor freshwater sink (perfect for cleaning your catch!)
- Basic fishing gear and crab traps
- Bicycles for local exploration
- Yoga mats available for a quiet morning stretch or peaceful lagoon-side flow
- Cornhole set for friendly competition—because bragging rights are the best kind of souvenir!

Note: Our personal boat and jet skis are parked at the property (in the lagoon during summer, out front in winter). These are not available for guest use, but we’re happy to accommodate space for yours—just message us in advance!

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT NOTES
We love sharing our home with respectful guests who want to enjoy a peaceful and memorable experience. To maintain a safe and serene environment:

- No Pets or Animals: Our children have severe allergies and we cannot allow any pets inside the home—no exceptions.
- No Parties or Events: This is not a party house. Loud music, excessive noise, shouting/singing, or offensive language are strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking Indoors or near open windows/doors.

Quiet Hours Begin at 10:00 PM (Town Ordinance)
Before 10 PM: Background music, conversation, and fun are welcome!
After 10 PM: Please keep voices low and music off, especially when using the backyard or hot tub.


A separate rental agreement is required and will be sent to you after booking. It outlines house policies, safety notes, and liability terms to ensure a smooth stay for everyone.
