The living area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light and cozy seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. Sliding glass doors open to your private balcony — a great spot to enjoy morning coffee or wind down with an evening drink while overlooking the ocean and heated pool.

The open layout connects the living space to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. You'll find everything you need to cook at home, including a pantry, breakfast bar, and seating for four.
The master bedroom is spacious and peaceful, while the second guest room with twin beds is great for kids or extra guests. With plenty of room to spread out and unwind, it's a comfortable space to rest and recharge. The guest bedroom features two twin beds. There is only a queen air mattress in the living room for additional sleeping. 4

The small 2nd floor condo is directly above the pool & the main entrance from the beach so privacy may be an issue for some people. You could literally see directly into the condo. The building between floors is not very sound proof so noise could also become an issue for some people depending on who is above you. Otherwise we enjoyed the heated pool & restaurants close by.

Happy Palms does a great job with their rentals. Their team is very communicative and provides excellent instructions.The ocean view, balcony, and pool are wonderful!The condominium is spacious.The location of the complex is perfect! It is so convenient to get to the pier, restaurants, and the beach!The building was quiet and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, cups, glasses, knives, scissors, a wine opener, etc., and utensils. We will choose a Happy Palms locations again in the future.

The view and location were the best parts of our stay. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and we enjoyed watching cruise ships leave the port and a SpaceX launch. It was a quiet and family-friendly place to stay. I was very impressed by the service we received from Zareh before, during and after our stay. The first few days, the pool was quite cold, but it did warm up after bringing it to Zareh's attention. The furniture in the condo is quite outdated and shows signs of wear. The two sofas are not comfortable. Overall, the condo could use some sprucing up, but we would stay there again.
