This expansive townhome is located on the Sierra Star golf course and offers one of the best configurations in town with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms plus TV den, sleeping up to 10 is your perfect family retreat. Offering two primary suites with private en-suites, it offers the perfect layout for a large family, or family friends traveling together, and with 3 stories of living space, you can all spread out. Located on the 17th hole of Sierra Star Golf Course, and a short walk or ride to Eagle Lodge, convenience access to the town multi-use path, this location is prime. The home boasts all the amenities and conveniences you will need for your mountain getaway, including a private hot tub, private 2 car garage, wood burning fireplace and laundry room. At the entry level, the great room offers an open floorplan of living, kitchen and dining space. With lots of natural light you can cozy around the wood-burning fireplace, or enjoy a movie or the game on the large 65" Smart TV with cable and blu-ray player. This area flows in to the gourmet kitchen equipped with top of the line Viking stainless steel appliances, gas range granite counter tops, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals. The dining area offers seating for 8 with additional kitchen bar seating for 4 and leads out to the deck that offers outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill. On the upper level of the 3-story townhome is the primary suite. This exclusive bedroom offers privacy, a King bed with premium bedding, TV and a large en-suite full bathroom with soaking tub, shower and dual vanity sink, and walk-in closet. You might not want to leave this suite! On the lowest level is the second primary suite with King bed, TV, private en-suite full bathroom with shower. The open den offers a great hangout space for the kids with a day bed with Twin trundle, Smart TV and access to the lower deck that offers the private hot tub for those long soaks after adventuring all day. The remaining two bedrooms are on this lower level, with the third and fourth bedrooms both offering a King bed, and access to a shared hall way full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A private laundry room with washer/dryer and tons of storage offers all the comforts of home, and complimentary wireless internet throughout. For those snowy days or to store all of your adventure gear, the home has a 2 car private garage (garage clearance 7' 5") with space for 1-2 additional vehicles outside in the driveway, complete with boot and ski storage racks. Lastly a covered front porch with bench seating so you can enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy this secluded forest setting. This unit is not pet friendly, non-smoking.
