Welcome to Apartment A, 287 Michel Circle in Ottawa. Steps away from Rockcliffe, New Edinburgh and the quant shops on Beechwood Avenue, this boutique apartment offers a view of Ottawa and Parliament Hill, with a backyard that opens onto a sugarbush.
Modern kitchen with spacious living room and master bedroom overlooking the forest. Access to big shared front and back yards with water fountain. Washer and dryer in own unit, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and your own driveway that fits 2-3 cars.
Close to cafes, grocery stores, bus stops, pharmacies and restaurants. In walking distance of downtown and Rideau Centre (5-10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike); easy access to highways 5 North and 50.
The unit can host maximum 4 people -ideal for a small family, couples or professionals.

We moved to this neighborhood for our kid's education. Being on the hilltop, it's the low-key corner of the neighborhood and there is breathtaking nature right in the back yard. We enjoy the convenience and proximity to downtown, and the hip village feel of the main street (Beechwood ave) where cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket and bus stops are just steps away.

People tell us it's a boutique apartment that is homy, poetic and refreshing. The forest in the back yard and the proximity to downtown is a big draw! It's so relaxing to take a walk and bath in good air. We love watching the sunset from this apartment - a different spectacle everyday. It's a rare location on a high hill top so you can see the parliament at the doorsteps. Oh, and there is a sugar shack in the forest!
