Shipyard Village A41 is beautifully renovated and updated throughout. The oceanfront, end unit location in the North wing offers great ocean and beach views. You can see the ocean when you walk in the door! The living area has a wall of windows and sliding door that opens to the covered balcony. The dining area has a wet bar and the kitchen is updated with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. Bedroom 1 has a wall of windows and view of the ocean. The private bathroom is remodeled with a garden tub and tiled walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms feature a private vanity with sink. The hall bathroom is remodeled with a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. Amenities include Reserved Covered Parking.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Beach Gear Credit Included: Enjoy a $250 weekly credit through VayK Gear for beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards delivered to your property! This program is available for rentals from 5 – 21 nights.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
