This rare two level home has professionally decorated bedrooms downstairs. All beds have Extremely comfortable new mattresses. A wonderful feature is the master king suite with Jacuzzi, which has a private tropical garden. This rare ground floor suite leads to a secluded private boardwalk and approximately 200 steps including stairs over dunes to beach. We call it 'Bed & Beach.' Serene and tranquil. Fall in love again.

Besides our accommodations, you really enjoyed the area,especially Frank’s Restaurant to name one....this boutique quaint island has quite a few 5 Stars restaurants, cozy, intimate and fabulous. Good wine lists too as you had noted. Keep in mind the local Bakery Kuduz has a selection of fine wines too. Who knew ...love all the nooks and crannies that our area has to offer. Amazing!

We loved everything about this property. The location is great with easy access to the beach and pool. Linda is an amazing hostess and the unit has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

Very clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. Ocean view from living room and balcony was great! Lots of room. Loved the ice-maker in the bar! Amazon Alexa was also a nice touch.

Summer beach vacation

Property was just as advertised, great private community. Sit on balcony drink your morning coffee and watch the waves roll in. Location is just a short walk to the beach, well stocked residence, no need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas all included. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We have been coming to Litchfield for 15+ years, and my parents actually own a condo there with other couples. This was our first time renting through VRBO, and the process was so smooth. This is a really large condo super close to the beach. Beautiful, clean and met all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay! A fabulous property which was immaculately clean and well furnished.

My wife and I were there for a week. This property is well deserving of it's perfect 5 Star rating. The property was very well furnished and extremely clean. Much more like your own home than the typical rental property. Communication with the owner was clear and prompt. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Litchfield Beach area.

This was without a doubt the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. It was so very well stocked from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was luxurious with a feeling of total comfort. We’re renting this place again next year. This is truly a premier property!!

Beautiful week at Litchfield, SC

Unit was very clean, owner communicated well with us. People we ran into at the complex were all extremely nice and helpful! The tuscany theme is nicely done but on a personal choice I like a lighter beachy theme. But, I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great Getaway

The condo was beautiful, immaculately clean, and very well stocked. Everything you could possibly need was included. The location was wonderful and very close to the ocean. Although the condo is in a condo development, the beach was never crowded. Linda was always available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay here again in the future.

Our townhome style condo has been loved by our previous guests and like you find it pretty awesome..Immaculate is something we have maintained for years. Of course 200 Steps Bed to Beach is wonderful that is on 7 miles detached from the Atlantic Coastline. The private guarded security resort and access makes your beach vacation less crowded and pleasant. The private path and shower is refreshing too. Once again dear Kim THANK YOU. Great Stay in Litchfield

This was our first trip to Pawley's Island and it did not disappoint. The townhouse is fully stocked and extremely clean. The owner and her caretaker could not have been more accessible. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The walk to the beach is not far at all and the view of the ocean is picture perfect. The master bedroom mattress was so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed each each morning! The resort is beautiful and quiet. We never had issues parking while we were there during peak season. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in the area!

Litchfield Sandpiper A-1-T

High-end, oceanfront townhouse in Litchfield by the Seas. The entire community is great. We played tennis each day, went fishing in the lakes, swam in the very clean pool and enjoyed the beauty of the community layout. Plenty of room on beach in this gated community. The townhouse was very well-maintained with high end decorations and bedding. No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas or boogie boards! They are included! Lyn, our host, was very accommodating and even offered a late check-out! Loved it!

WOW!!!! The pictures on line do not do the ROMANTIC Tuscany by the Sea any justice. My wife and I spent a well needed weekend getaway here during April 08 and was already thinking of the next time we wanted to come back, before the second day. You have to try the in house massage, it was the most relaxing and romantic his and her massage. After 19 years of vacations and getaways with my lovely wife this one has to rate in the top 5. Trust me when I say you wont regret it.

Dear Linda, I just wan...

Dear Linda, I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you again for your southern hospitality and making us feel so at home by allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We live in Southern Indiana and had never been to Myrtle Beach. The trip was well worth the wait. We loved Myrtle Beach and the time we spent with our kids and the friends they brought along. Especially enjoyable was the Nascar Park and Broadway at the Beach. The moment we arrived inside the condo our kids screamed with delight. We brought along our three kids ages 16, 14 and 13, and each brought along a friend. So each teenager and friend had there own room and this worked ideally. The four girls were so excited!! They couldn't believe they had their own private bedroom, tv, dvd player and restroom with shower to themselves. The boys were equally excited watching the March Madness on the Plasma TV and camping out on the sleeper sofa upstairs by themselves. The best part was my husband enjoyed a lot of alone time since each of the kids had their own space and friend along. We left the screen sliding door in our bedroom open just to listen to the ocean waves. THE BEDROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL, TRANQUIL AND WONDERFUL. It was peaceful taking coffee outside and just sitting on the dock near the beach. Looking out at the ocean it made your think about God's presence and how he made all things. I transgress. The home was so well supplied we didn't have to bring along anything. We only went to the Piggly Wiggly across the road to get snacks and goodies for our breakfast. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and hope we get to come back again soon. PS I read about your home on Vacation Rentals by Owner. Beautiful location, beautiful home!

This property was just beautiful and the location was wonderful! We have been staying in Litchfield for many years and this home was exactly what we have come to expect when staying in the complex.

Beautiful Beach Front Property

Extremely clean, spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with beautiful sunrise views over the ocean. Very comfortable beds and there are beach chairs included too. The extra touches that Lin provides are above all others. The ice maker is a champ! As soon as you enter through the gate house you know you have arrived at a special place. The entire property is manicured to near perfection. Very well maintained and conveniently located to the shopping center, boutiques, restaurants, and attractions. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Upon arrival, housekeeping had made sure the property was sparkling clean. The owner was readily available to assist us if needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The chairs and umbrellas were a nice extra with the unit. The master suite has a very relaxing atmosphere. We loved our stay!

Amazing getaway ❤️

We decided last minute to take a vacation when we stumbled across Linda’s place. To say she was the “hostess with the mostest” is an understatement. Linda went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly prior to our arrival and even had a welcome gift for us when we arrived. She made us feel like family and we will definitely stay at her place again. We were mere steps from the beach but still had privacy. The townhome was very clean and well decorated. Definitely a 5 star!

You will not be disappointed

Within moments of booking the experience started. I received a welcome email with Owner Linda’s contact information and additional information related to the unit. All of the descriptive information was “ spot on “. You will love this property. Cleanest place I’ve ever booked. Ownership pride is evident throughout. Nice furniture, appliances, dishware, cookware and on and on. Expected the usual bare bones rental unit and instead experienced a “ wow “. Will absolutely return. Cheers

Private Paradise Near Pawleys Island SC

I've stayed in this warm, welcoming beachfront condo on several occasions, each with continued fond memories. The kitchen & dining areas are open, clean and fully equipped and all of the bath rooms equally so. I've also stayed, on one occasion or another, in each of the bedrooms and each has it's own quaint features while they all share a peaceful and comfortable sleeping layout, with the Master Bedroom topping the list with it's great views and easy access to the outside patio and beyond through secure, panoramic sliding doors. On each stay I've also enjoyed discovering different features of the vacation complex; always taking advantage of the short walk to the beautiful South Carolina oceanfront and an even shorter walk to expansive [and very well maintained] pools and hot tub - a 'guests only' accessible area equipped with an abundance of lounge chairs and sun/shade choices. On one stay I afforded myself a pass to the on-site gym/spa/indoor pool services and very much enjoyed those options as well. The unit features fast wifi and lots of TV options for an evening in, and the entire area, even in the 'off season' has numerous quality dining out choices. A personal favourite is the 'locals' best kept secret, the P.I.T. [Pawleys Island Tavern] for it's large portions of down-home pub favs, friendly staff and even occasional live entertainment. Correspondence with the owner was both timely and friendly and I know they employ a full time service person who keeps the unit very clean and can be contacted directly should any issues arise. Parking for one vehicle is assigned and under cover, directly below the unit building and there is elevator access if needed. Overall, I am giving this vacation spot a 5 star rating - bang for the buck it's hard to beat, any time of year!
