Our condo, in the Champions neighborhood of Sea Trail Golf Resort, has 2BD & 2BA overlooking the 10th fairway on the Willard Byrd Golf Course at Sea Trail Golf Resort. The condo has a main villa & mini suite, perfect for 2 families or a family with children. Minutes to pristine Sunset Beach and Intracoastal Waterway. Conveniently located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC airports. Close to restaurants, shopping, and family attractions.

It is a bright & airy corner unit on the first floor. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the perfect sunrise, watch the golfers tee off or putt, or toast to a relaxing day in paradise on the all season private screened porch.

The nearby Village Activity Center has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center which are available for your use for a daily, weekly or monthly fee.

The Villa has a private bedroom with 2 full beds and full bath. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, full size refrigerator & ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Everything you need to cook your favorite dishes.

The adjoining mini-suite. Includes 2 full beds,
a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, table for 2, sitting area, and flat screen TV.

This is a non-smoking unit. Privately rented by owner. Wireless internet access and cable TV are included.

We loved staying there and would do it again. The pictures are accurate, the place is clean and very tastefully decorated. The mini suite is huge. Staying there made our vacation excellent!

Our Favorite Beach Vacation Condo!

We love vacationing at Sunset Beach and staying in the Champions Complex in Sea Trail. We were so glad to find this condo!!!! The first floor location is perfect, the condo is beautifully decorated and comes equipped with everything we need. The unit is spotless and communication with the property manager is excellent! We are already hoping to book another vacation there sometime soon!

Clean and spacious. 5 minutes drive to the beach. Was hoping for a lap pool so was a bit disappointed but otherwise everything was fine.

Great location

Sea Trails as an entire neighborhood is amazing! Convenient to plenty of golf courses and the beach. Communication was great, condo was well stocked, very smooth rental. My only complaint and its not huge, there were a couple of hairs in the bathroom upon arriving and a little bit of sand on the floor. But otherwise, condo was spectacular.

Outstanding

This unit was nicely decorated with plenty of room. The condo was clean and orderly. The kitchen had all the needed equipment and supplies. Pool was just across the parking lot, and owner was responsive during booking process.

We had a great experience. The reason for the 3 star cleanliness rating is that the bathroom seemed to be missed by the cleaners. I’m sure it was no fault of the owners.

Beach vacation

This was a nice property located in a beautiful and well-maintained Sea-Trail community. This home was well kept and provided almost everything you need for your stay. The floors, kitchen and living areas were clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. We would very much consider staying here again. The agent was very friendly and helped us promptly throughout the booking process and through our stay. The only small details we pointed out were that the exhaust/air vents in suite bathroom ceiling were getting rusty and needed cleaning or replaced. The agent said they were taking care of this as soon as we left. The furnace filter was dirty and needed replaced. Even though the kitchen had a good amount of utensils etc., a couple pans were scratched and the Teflon was coming off. These are all minor points, however, and my family really loved this home and the surrounding community. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Ok Stay

This was our 4th stay at Sea Trail & it will be our last. We have had issues every time we have rented here, from A/C units breaking to issues with the maid service not having the unit ready on time just to name a few. This time there were several things that could have been better. Things like the maid did not provide enough wash cloths for all guests, there were no kitchen towels/cloths, no extra light bulbs for blown bulbs, and someone left shoes/clothes in the master bedroom closet, just to name a few. We paid for an extra night and now wish we had not wasted our money. I think after staying 4 times at a complex, that is enough times when every time there were issues. Probably the biggest issue was the TV in the living area. It sets in a cabinet with doors. When you open the doors, you can't see the whole TV. Who uses cabinets anymore anyway??? They also do need a much bigger TV anyway!! So we will be moving on to greener pastures and leaving this place in the rearview mirror!!! Good luck if you rent in this complex!!

We will now be sure to add extra wash cloths and be sure that extra kitchen towels are under the sink and not in closet in laundry room where you found them. We will also leave extra lightbulbs for your guests. I appreciate your input. I am sorry that you had a problem with the tv in the cabinet in the living area, but glad there were no problems with the ones in the master bedroom and mini-suite. I am glad that you had no problems with the air-conditioning and also the condo being ready in time Anita
