It was very good! The kitchen was well stocked for making some of our own meals. A few more wash cloths and some Kleenex would be helpful. Pretty house!
My family and I had great stay here. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Pat very much a Homefield to it as it is a brand new home. Our host made sure that we had all the amenities that we needed And had constant communication throughout our entire stay. Definitely would recommend this place and will be looking forward to coming back here again.
We stayed at this home from September 11–15, 2025, and had a wonderful experience overall. The house was brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with extra amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The garage with remote control access was a welcome bonus that added convenience and security.When we first arrived, we mistakenly assumed the basement was part of the rental. Upon opening the door, we noticed a pair of shoes on the landing. After contacting IEL, we learned that another tenant occupied that space. While it wasn’t a major issue, it would be ideal if the basement area were not accessible to either party in future rentals to avoid any confusion.The interior was spacious, bright, and very accommodating. Air conditioning would have been nice, especially during warmer weather, but each room had a fan, which helped circulate the air.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the care put into making the home comfortable for guests. We would be happy to stay here again on future visits to Edmonton.
