Welcome to our private Poolside Retreat in Forest Heights — one of Edmonton's most charming and centrally located neighbourhoods. Step into this beautifully designed home, perfect for families, friends, and multi-generational groups looking to relax, reconnect, and make memories.

The star of the show? Your very own private 16x8ft swim spa — an 8-person pool AND hot tub all in one — available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. Whether you're doing laps, soaking after a long day, or letting the kids splash around, this is truly a one-of-a-kind feature you won't find anywhere else!

Inside, enjoy warm and inviting interiors thoughtfully decorated by a local designer, with two fully equipped living rooms across two levels — a 60" Smart TV on the main floor and a 68" Smart TV in the basement, both with complimentary Netflix. Movie nights, game nights, family dinners — this home has room for everyone to spread out and feel right at home.

For those keen on exploring, our location puts you just a short drive or Uber ride from downtown Edmonton, vibrant shopping districts, top dining, and the best the city has to offer.

Please note: the main floor living room features a decorative fireplace only — it is a real wood-burning fireplace but is currently out of commission and NOT usable. Only the basement gas fireplace is operational and available for guest use.

Guest access
You'll have exclusive access to the entire home and all amenities throughout your stay — nothing is shared. The home features self check-in via a secure keyless entry — your personalized access code will be provided after booking, giving you the flexibility to arrive at any time with no key coordination needed. Full access to the private swim spa (7 AM – 10 PM daily), fully fenced backyard, and patio is included. Free street parking plus 1 dedicated spot in front of the garage are available.

IMPORTANT NOTES & POLICIES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

‣ Damage Protection
Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.

‣ Rental agreement
A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
· We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!

LOST ITEMS
· We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.

MAIL & PACKAGES
· Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
· We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
· There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 2. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 2 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking.
· All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.

CANCELLATIONS
‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.

GUEST SCREENING
· Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS
· Please note there are exterior security cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7 for the safety of our property and neighbourhood.

LIABILITY, VIOLATIONS & LEGAL NOTES
‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund. Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, treat it with care and respect.

Everything was great, clean, and comfortable.Hosts were very kind as I need a couple more day. Easily extended and smooth transaction. Would highly recommend, I just wish I was able to enjoy the hot tub/pool.

We had an excellent stay at the Urban Oasis Edmonton property. There were four adults travelling together, and the four separate bedrooms plus the generous living space made the stay extremely comfortable. Everyone had their own space, while the common areas were perfect for spending time together.The home was clean, well‑maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for a group. A definite highlight was the hot tub, which we all enjoyed — it was a great way to relax after a long day.Overall, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the property worked perfectly for our group dynamic. We would absolutely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.
