This new 5,500sq ft custom-built cottage is designed to host large groups in luxury and comfort, with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation or weekend escape. Featuring 9 bedrooms (sleeping 22), 6 bathrooms, a stunning Great Room, spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room, outdoor dining and seating spaces, 2 fireplaces, 3 TVs, games lounge, playroom, hot tub, fire-pit and a 600+ sq ft dock.
Accommodations:
• 9 bedrooms in total, including 8 bedrooms with king-sized beds, and a bunk room for the kids - sleeping up to 22 guests comfortably
• Upgraded sound insultation will help everyone have a good night’s sleep.
• Several of the bedrooms feature desks and reading chairs, should you need a quiet space.
• All rooms are wonderfully lit, with both natural and overhead light.
• The property has 6 bathrooms, including 2 ensuites for added convenience and privacy.
• All linens and towels provided.

House Rules:
During the summer period, only Saturday-to-Saturday rentals
The Booking Guest must be at least 30 years of age.
The Booking Guest is to provide a copy of their current government issued identification providing the Booking Guest’s full name, date of birth, and signature.
The Booking Guest will provide a full list of the names, ages, and addresses of the members of the group before a booking request is confirmed.
The maximum number of guests is 22.
The Guest will be able to check-in from 4PM on the Arrival Date, and will vacate the property by 10AM on the Departure Date. In order to facilitate cleaning of the Property prior to the subsequent guests arriving, if the Guest has not departed by the check-out time, an additional fee for $50 per 15 minutes may be charged.
Up to 6 other visitors may visit the property, but are not permitted to stay overnight.
Parties of any kind are not permitted.
Quiet period between 10 PM to 8 AM.
Security cameras monitor the front of the house and driveway, and the doorbells also have cameras.
Two noise detection devices are installed to monitor noise levels. These do not listen to or record what is being said.
No smoking or vaping in the building, on the deck, on the artificial turf, or on the dock.
Illicit drugs of any kind are prohibited.
Do not remove any furnishings or items from the premises.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Do not use drones, fireworks, rockets, or outdoor speakers.
All weapons are prohibited on the property.
Do not burn any items in the gas fireplaces.
Campfires in the firepit are allowed provided the spark shield is in place, and a Fire Ban is not in effect.
Guests are not to enter any locked spaces, including the mechanical room, storage rooms, and laundry, unless they have the Host’s permission.
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
We supply many items, including paper towels, linens, pillows, bath and swimming towels, throw blankets, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We recommend that you bring sunscreen and bug spray.
Prior to departing, the Guest will:
• remove all garbage and personal items from the property. Closest waste / recycling collection is located at 114 Turk Rock Road, Lyndhurst.
• tidy the house including removing all items from the fridges
• load and run the dish washers
• commence washing a load of towels
• place all remaining towels in bathrooms
• place items back where they were when checking-in
• place cover on pool table
• tidy toys in the playroom
• put cover on hut tub, and ensure it is secured
• turn off all lights, and heating / cooling
• lock all doors and windows
The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
The Property is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
No filming for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
Please do not adjust or re-arrange any of the TV wiring, and do not unplug any cables. Please do not log-out of Netflix. If you prefer, you can use the Guest mode.
We want all our guests to have an enjoyable stay at Clearpoint. However, please keep in mind that noise and other behaviours impact our neighbours. If the police are called and a noise violation issued, you will be responsible for paying any fine, and the Host may terminate your visit.
