against the breathtaking views of Table Mountain as you take a walk
along Dolphin Beach nearby which is famous for the southeastern wind
that makes the suburb one of the kitesurfing districts of Cape Town.
Enjoy a meal and some drinks from the restaurants and bars at the
intersection of Beach Blvd and Blaauwberg Road only a stone's throw
away.

The Space:

This 3-bedroom home is perfect for tourists, friends, couples, business
travellers and families. It has a fully equipped kitchen that links to
a cosy dining and lounge area perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal
and bonding over a movie. It also has a small courtyard garden perfect
for enjoying a braai.

The upstairs area has an ensuite master bedroom with a comfortable
queen bed and a balcony that links to the second bedroom with a nicely
sized double bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds with a small
balcony.

Guest access
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.

Other things to note:
We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.
Please note that this property is in a quiet residential area and
parties or excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
