This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome sleeps up to 10 with a king bed and futon in the primary, two queen beds in the guest room, and a queen in the third bedroom. Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic landmark from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering through this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping, dining, and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Regency Cabanas was exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed the easy access to pool from our outdoor balcony steps. Short walk to beach. Appreciated the “leftover” beach equipment and left some of our own, as well. Located close to other activities. We will DEFINITELY be back here!!

The problem was the beach was closed due to construction. The owner of the entire complex spoke with us about the situation. He agreed that we should have been notified. Sadly we were not.
