The Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, two full Bathrooms, and a Queen bed in an alcove with a curtain for privacy, are upstairs. The bedding layout allows six guests to sleep in comfort and without the use of a Sofa Sleeper.

The downstairs floorplan is an open one, flowing from the Entryway, to the Kitchen, to the Dining Area, to the Living Room, and out to the Patio. The Kitchen’s stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and dual oven must be mentioned. The Dining Area’s table can be set for six, while additional bar seating is at available at the Kitchen counter. The Living Area’s large TV and wrap around sofa ensures plenty of space for watching TV and relaxing. The bathroom on the bottom floor has a walk-in shower. The Patio seating is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun.

In the hallway of the second floor, you will find a Queen bed in an alcove. Adjacent is the Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed and its own bathroom. This Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The Guest bedroom also has its own private balcony. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a love seat, a private Master Bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower. The Large and private Master Bedroom balcony offers views of the grounds at Mainsail Townhomes.

It is just a short walk thru the complex to access the pristine white sands and emerald waters. You have access to the complex pool and tennis courts as well!
