Beautifully and warmly furnished, 1400 sf condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in all rooms, free wifi, 2 full baths with tubs and showers. The unit is located in a quiet area with shops and stores within walking distance. Pamper yourself in the master suite's oval air-bath bubble tub with a separate walk in shower. The guest bath has a full bath / shower. The unit is a single level unit with a full king bed in the master and a queen in the guest bedroom. In addition, the condo has a wonderful gas fireplace in the living room and a fully appointed kitchen. The unit is an animal free area; pets / animals are not allowed. The unit is non-smoking.

Close to Naval Amphibious Base Coronado and Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) in Coronado. Department of Defense (DoD) employees are welcome.

The condo is located near downtown San Diego and most major attractions including San Diego (Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Old Town, Seaport Village).

The condo is very well equipped with numerous amenities. In addition, there are sand toys, beach towels, a barbeque, beach chairs, boogey boards and beach umbrellas. The web portal provides additional information on restaurants, shopping areas, local attractions, boat rentals, golf courses, etc.

Excellent Choice Close to San Diego!

This condo is a wonderful choice for a San Diego getaway! I loved the location: ocean on one side and the Tijuana Estuary on the other. Beautiful ocean views and good outdoor seating. Comfortable beds and linens, beautiful master bath, everything you need in the kitchen with high quality appliances, nice gas fireplace, comfortable couches. Everything I needed for a quiet getaway before business rudely intruded. Highly recommended!
