Ocean and Small town fun! Can't get better then that!

We have upgraded to a larger unit . We as hosts have over 85 5 star ratings so come stay at our 3 bedroom 3 Bath comfy condo! We have an awesome beach view from our large patio and master bedroom. We are directly located across street from the famous Imperial Beach pier. Our little town has some big name restaurants one located in our own Bldg. with even some local breweries.
There is Pizza ,Thai and even fine dining within a short walk and don't forget the best Mexican food around. The Hotel Del Coronado and silver strand beach is less then 10 minutes away. Downtown San Diego , Balboa park, San Diego Zoo and Sea World are all within a quick 25 min drive. There is even a 3 screen drive in movie theater a mile away. For the shoppers, about 3 miles away is the largest outlet mall for you to enjoy.
The condo is set with 1- king bed, 2- Queen Beds ,1- full bed and 1- Twin. and all kitchen appliances and accessories you would need to make any meal. High speed internet for those gamers or like me for some that must stay in contact with work..Errr
If you need local transportation there is a bus stop right outside our building on Seacoast.

Beautiful space with a beautiful view! We loved the small town feel, being able to walk along the shore to the local shops. We were also lucky enough to be there during a trunk or treat festival! Great location, clean home, comfortable arrangements, zero complaints, we had a wonderful time with our kids!

Condo was great! Beds were comfy! Clean and inviting! Thank you! Very close to the beach! The beach was a little stinky at times. Sitting out on balcony enjoying the view was great.

Condo was pristine throughout. Upgraded furnishings with all of the supplies you would need for a week’s family stay. Wonderful view of the beach and ocean from patio. Owners were responsive to questions. Loved our stay.

Felt like home!

We headed to the California for a family reunion. The days were packed with activities and so much fun but something that made our stay even better is staying at this house! It not only had the necessities but also had a very high end feeling. Everyone had their own space but the living/dining/kitchen and patio area was a big hit! Check in and check out were pretty seamless and the hosts were amazing with prompt communication. Definitely would stay there again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The condo was spacious, comfortable had EVERYTHING we needed, and was very clean. We love staying in clean, organized places and this one was spot on. We traveled with kids, they loved the bunk beds, their own bathroom, and hanging out on the patio.

Location, location, location

Right across the street from the beach! The area is very nice. Plenty of restaurants close by. Quiet area and still close to San Diego. Very relaxing and beautiful property.

Excellent property and furnishings

We greatly enjoyed our stay and will likely return. We’ve been visiting the area for many years and found our stay here to be one of the most enjoyable. The fire table on the patio was perfect and all of the furnishings were top notch!

Loved it

Condo was easy to find. Loved that parking was off street and private. Close to restaurants and beach. House was well stocked and clean. Just know that you may not be able to play in the water due to bacterial levels exceeding health standards. It's still beautiful and a great beach for shelling.

Family vacay

Family of 4, beach get away and this was the perfect location for us! Steps from the sand, eateries, local shopping, and plenty of site seeing nearby. Property was beautiful, and well stocked for families who enjoy relaxing and cooking. Bedrooms were comfortable and provided great storage options. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with questions we had about the area. Thank you!!

Excellent place to stay! :-)

A beautiful place in an excellent location! The view from the place was so nice and walking distance to most anything we would need. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well-stocked. They even had some water and snacks for us when we arrived. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful views!

This is a spacious and well equipped property, great location and beautiful views. The beach is still closed but there’s still a lot of activity on the pier and on the main strip, lots of great restaurants!

Great Beach vacation.

The property owners were very quick to reply when we had questions. Check in and check out was easy. The location was perfect for us, beach across the road, restaurants, coffee shops, market very close. The patio had a wonderful view of the ocean as well as the master bedroom. We would highly recommend a stay here and are hoping we can visit here again.

Great last stop for family vacation

We stayed at this lovely condo for the final 3 nights of our family vacation in California. We had spent the prior 7 days driving down the coast from San Francisco. The location, space, and amenities were exactly as shown and perfect for relaxing before we returned home. We would certainly return to this property!

Love this town!! Beautiful beach yummy food and still close enough to enjoy night life if wanted or needed. When it comes to family time you have a couple awesome parks for kids or yourself to relax on the grass at. Small town shops to check out food or crafts. Friday nights there is a farmers market on the street. There are sand castle tournaments, Ironman competition's, music at the park . We have it all and not all the craziness of Mission or Ocean Beach. The famous Hotel Del is 10 mins away also.
