Beachfront condo--amazing views!!

Enjoy our waterfront condo and take in all that our little surf community has to offer! Great sunsets, the sounds of crashing waves out front, and the nature that surrounds you with an estuary on the back side, makes this spot really unique. We are the downstairs unit with a large ground floor patio.

IB has many cute little shops, restaurants and places to enjoy a cold beer -- or just chill at the beach pad and cook up some food in our retro-style kitchen or the BBQ out front. We are a short drive down the Silver Strand to Coronado Island and the historical Hotel Del Coronado, a must for a day visit. Two beach cruisers and chairs onsite for your use!
Small pet considered.

Christmas visit

The unit was very spacious with three bedrooms. We stayed for a month. The beds were comfortable and there was easy access to the unit. The main street of Imperial Beach is a fun spot with lots of places to eat and drink. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions I had. The only issues that we had were the cleanliness of the bathrooms upon arrival. The spa tub had mold and mildew which I tried my best to clean but the apartment could use a good cleaning from the top down.

Smith Vacation

We enjoyed our stay and being right on the ocean. It was nice to be able to be located on a dog friendly beach. We were disappointed that the water was contaminated apparently from Mexico during our stay. We spent a lot of time on Coranado Island and San Diego and not much time in the downtown area of Imperial Beach other than eating out or going to go have a beer. Regarding the condo, it was a bit noisy at times when the family above us were home, they were a really nice family and I'm sure didn't realize it.

Great Location

We stayed at Rob & Kara's place for the month of February and had a great time. View from the condo is beautiful, the neighbors were all really kind/friendly, and the location was overall very convenient for us. Would definitely stay again. :)
