Being so close to nature and have all the conveniences of shopping and services within 2 blocks. Enjoy hearing owls at night and the birds in the morning. Nice to be able to access Lynn Canyon Park (2 blocks away) and be completely immersed in nature.

Upscale and stylish. Convenient with pull up to the front door parking. Easily accessible to Vancouver and for those not driving a walking score of 97; as the location is within 2 blocks of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and shops plus 2 blocks to Lynn Canyon Park. Great location, spacious and bright!
