Travel and relax at a bachelor’s crib that feels like home equipped with a smart code entrance with a security cameras around the property for your safety.Location is accessible by public transit which is just 10 - 15 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to Grouse Mountain, walking distance to PNE, Playland, restaurants, grocery stores, R5 express bus to SFU, #4 bus to UBC. It’s also close the New Brighton Park and Beach for an early morning jog and street parking is available. The room has its own private bathroom and a dining area with an office desk space. A kitchenette is also available with a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and utensils.

Super communicative hosts, great location for an easy walk to PNE. Very clean, and lots of helpful amenities (tv, water, coffee etc.). The area was safe and great for taking transit (about 15 minutes to downtown). We enjoyed our stay very much!

Good spot in convenient location

Simple stay with whatever you need for a night or two. Would recommend parking on McGill and North Slocan.

I received a video instructions on how to enter and locked the property for smooth check in. Place was cleaned and exactly what it shown on the pictures advertised. Place is closed to downtown Vancouver average 12-15 on U BER RIDE. Host is always available everytime we need something.

This is an excellent minimalist stay (it'd be very tight for two people, great for solo travel), it's a small space, with a very adaptive host who communicates excellently and the location is incredibly convenient for Hastings Park/PNE and very easy to transit to North Van and downtown. A value, would return.

The home is located near McGill Street and Hastings Street, close to the PNE, Playland, Hastings Park, local restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transportation. Guests can enjoy the character of East Vancouver while still having convenient access to downtown and other Vancouver attractions.
