Historical and beautiful

We had our family stay here before our wedding and even hosted a family dinner . Was the perfect venue with a full kitchen . The host /owner is amazing and has great communication and the tours are such an important part of your stay to understand the cool history of the Inn

The property was stunning. Tate was very helpful.

We held a surprise birthday party at the property and my family had nothing but glowing reviews. I highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of holding a function here.

Waters Wedding

Wonderful, historic property! We thoroughly enjoyed being able to have the family in one house to spend time together before and after the wedding. Ravine Gardens was the wedding venue. The park is so close and beautiful.

VOW RENEWAL

We renewed our marriage vows after 22 years of marriage (pandemic forced us to miss 20 years). Had family and friends attend. Renewal took place on a boat and then we all stayed at the house overnight. Absolutely beautiful home and the host is wonderful.

A Timeless Treasure

Our family stayed in this wonderful inn for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding in Pomona Park. Everyone loved the inn. We enjoyed the warm greeting and tour by our host, Tate, and appreciated learning about the history of the property. Everyone slept very comfortably in their rooms, and we enjoyed gathering in the parlor and dining room for family conversations. It was a unique experience for our family, one that my in- laws are still talking about. Thank you, Tate, for preserving such a gem for others to enjoy. It was truly delightful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this historic home! The house dates back to the 1800s and is beautifully preserved with so many original features, while still offering great, comfortable accommodations for a large group. There was plenty of room for all 21 of us, and everyone felt relaxed and well accommodated throughout our stay.Tate (our host) was truly exceptional. He took the time to give us a brief tour upon arrival and shared the fascinating history of the house from its very beginnings, which made the experience even more special. He was also incredibly helpful and available whenever we had questions or needed anything.The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. As an added bonus, the house was fully decorated for Christmas inside and out, which made it look extra beautiful and created such a warm, festive atmosphere.We couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a unique, historic, and memorable stay!

Blown Away

We rented the INN to host a murder mystery party for me/my wife's birthday. The INN is aesthetically amazing and the amenities were fantastic. Our guests were blown away by the setting it created for the party. I'm sure they will be talking about this for years to come and we plan to come back and do this again, it was a huge success. Tate, the owner, was accommodating, responsive, and kind. He gave me and my wife a tour of the INN before guests arrived and shared the fascinating history and (secret) details of the property. 10/10 experience. Cannot recommend it enough. If you are considering doing something similar here, you will not be disappointed!

This house is amazing. There were nine of us (adults). The rooms were spacious. The house has a lot of history and the host, Tate, gave us a historical tour from room to room. The host also lives next door and was always accessible. This was one of the best weekends my siblings and I have had in 10 years.

From beginning to end, the property was beautiful and well kept. Our Host Tate was exceptional. He was professional and gave a great tour and history of the property. He communicated with us and made us feel welcomed! I highly recommend the Grand Gable Inn!
