Stay in the fishing bass capital of the world! Located on a canal with access to Dunns Creek, Crescent Lake, Lake George, and the St. Johns leading to springs, restaurants, short drive to St Augustine beaches and the historic areas. Bait shop and docking is located close by. Boat slip can cover up to a 17' boat and dock will tie up to 25-27'. Completely remodeled! TV in all rooms including on the back patio. Cooking grills, fishing rods and 2 fishing kayaks, paddles, with life jackets included.

This place is absolutely beautiful.Everything well stocked and clean. It is well worth the money to stay. Excellent communication with the host.

The house is very nice on the inside! Very clean too, except for some minor ant issues, but there was an ant spray. The dock is nice too. There are 2 BBQs and a nice fenced in yard. Great communication with the host too! The place is really well stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans / utensils.

Very nice place. We caught some fish off the dock. Quite neighborhood and easy to find. Close to Ga boys camp. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Lovely Place

Awesome stay. We love it here in Satsuma. The property is well maintained and well organized. Host is super responsive and helped us out right away with a few questions. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great house and location

The house and dock were perfect for a week of fishing Dunns Creek and the St. Johns River. Everything regarding the property was 5 stars - communication, property location, condition and cleanliness. Highly recommended.

Fishing Trip

A great place to stay for fishing! The house was exceptionally clean! Had all the amenities there! All the beds slept great! Remodeled beautifully! You can dock three small boats and just a thirty second walk to the dock. Four minutes away from Georgia Boys Fish Camp and boat ramp! We would definitely stay again!

Great time in a great place with great friends

Fred, homeowner, was very easy to get in contact with. Communication was excellent. Home was perfect for us. Would recommend this property 100% and we all give it 5 stars plus. Thank you Fred for a great trip. House was well stocked with needed items as well.

Great place for a fishing weekend

Stayed here for a High School fishing tournament out of Palatka City Dock. 15 minutes from the dock, plenty of room in the driveway for vehicles and boats. Fred was extremely responsive and checked in a couple of times to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back!

Quick Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Satsuma. The house was very nice and clean with plenty of beds/sleeping options. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook multiple meals. It has a fenced in yard and our dog was able to enjoy some time outside off his leash. The check-in and check-out process was very user friendly. There is a dollar store right down the road if you need anything. I would stay at this property again!

Boys weekend

Myself and two friends went up to run our boats around the StJohns river and do some exploring. Fred was very easy to deal with and his place was very well stocked with everything you need. I may bring the wife up to stay next time but I will be back. Thanks Fred

Great property

House was very nice and everything is updated. We enjoyed our stay. I did try to send a message to host to clarify where some things were and never got a reply. Also, we received an extra charge that wasnt explained. Other than that, everything was great, and we would rent again

Visiting my family

Our family, 3 adults 4 kids (7,7,8,10 yrs) loved our stay. The Florida room/back porch was our hang out area even thou it was chilly outside. Loved the huge picinic tables, they fit us all. With the yard fenced and a gate before the dock I felt comfortable with the kids playing in the yard. Rooms, decor, quietness, all relaxing. Dock was nice and we did catch some fish. My husband accidentally hit the lock code reset and our code didn't work. Our texted for help was answered very quickly and it was reset, for us to get in immediately. Highly recommend this rental.
