Great area. Fit our family of 4 with two youth. Dog friendly. Only suggestion is that the blind in the living room is broken so it is bright early. Suggest that you unload first before parking as you need to get the fob after you enter in the building. The parkade is in the public parking lot which is not intuitive but the directions make sense. Lots of good shops and a play park nearby.

Nice condo to stay in. Great view of mountains and sunrise from the balcony. Well situated and walkable to the water and downtown and Yaletown. Bathroom and kitchen has good amenities. Host is helpful and responsive. Clean and nicely furbished.

I rented this property for my family when they were visiting me from Italy. The unit is in a modern and well-kept building, in a very convenient location near transit, restaurants and entertainment. The owner was very welcoming, always ready to help and responded promptly to our questions. It's definitely a little Downtown gem, and I will be considering it again for sure in future.

The unit is very small, but the views are amazing. It was very clean, there were plenty of dishes and all of the appliances worked. The fridge was also stocked with sparkling water, and there was coffee, but there was no salt or pepper, and all pots/pans had a nonstick surface, which doesn't work for those with food allergies or celiac disease. Good luck finding your parking space and figuring out how to coordinate activities when there's only one key fob. This is also not a good unit for children or pets for several reasons. There are not screens in any of the windows that open or the sliding door to the balcony. There is no air conditioning, so we needed to keep that door open, but it's not safe, and the neighborhood is full of seagulls looking to steal. Both large East facing blinds were broken on arrival. One I was able to fix, but the other has a broken chain. Oh, they also have chains that reach down far enough for a child to reach and the base of the blinds is a piece of metal that can slide out and is very sharp on the ends. The unit clearly had a secondary lock at some point, but this is broken. There were enough towels for bathing or the pool, but not both. The bed (Malm I believe) and sofa (Friheten) are from Ikea and not suitable for larger adults. The trundle portion of the sofa is already sagging, so you sleep on a slope. It felt pretty bare bones. Ideal for 1-2 adults.
