Welcome to your perfect coastal escape—where boho style meets laid-back luxury. This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is made for relaxing getaways, with room for the whole family or a group of friends.

Unwind across three stylish living rooms, each with its own TV, perfect for spreading out and catching your favorite shows. Step outside to enjoy the sparkling private pool and a large yard where kids can run free.

Start your mornings with peaceful canal-side walks—the boardwalk is just a minute walk away. With beautiful beaches only a short drive from your doorstep and lush parks nearby, adventure is never far, but serenity is always close.

Whether it’s lazy days by the pool, coastal strolls, or boho vibes under one roof, this home is ready to host your next unforgettable stay.

*Please note beds (with exception of the trundle under the single bed) are made up and towels provided. Note sheets and doona are provided for the trundle however it won’t be made up. We kindly request that guests strip beds and put sheets and towels in linen bags provided. ** Note garage is unavailable.

Guests are required to respect the peaceful nature of our home and neighbourhood. Parties, events, or large gatherings are NOT permitted under any circumstances. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level during the day, and the quiet hours from 9:00pm to 8:00am must be respected to ensure a restful environment for everyone. The pool is available for use between 8:30am and 8:30pm only. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a serene and enjoyable space for all.

For enhanced security, the property is equipped with a doorbell camera that monitors the front entrance, as well as an external surveillance camera overseeing the patio area.

I’ve grown up in Brisbane and spent many holidays at the Sunshine Coast. South East Queensland is such a beautiful part of the world with something for everyone. I enjoy hosting as I love that people can enjoy Caloundra and the surrounding area and have an amazing holiday with family and friends in our home.

Why they chose this property

Our house is in the new part of the exclusive Pelican Waters estate. All the homes are brand new so it’s all so lovely. There are heaps of parks and playgrounds making the area ideal for families. We’re about 50m from the canal which is just perfect to walk or ride along. The beautiful Golden Beach is only a short 5 min drive away. The other great beaches that this area is known for such as Kings and Moffatt Beaches are only about 15 minutes away. There’s so many cafes and restaurants to discover. If you love shopping, Caloundra has some great boutiques and homewares stores and Sunshine Plaza (the big shopping centre up the coast) is only about 20 mins drive away (at Maroochydore). Caloundra/Pelican Waters has everything making it a perfect place to relax and recharge.

What makes this property unique

The open plan kitchen-dining area opening out to the pool area makes it ideal for entertaining. The kids can swim or play in the fully fenced yard while you relax or cook up a storm.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 living rooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
