Freshly updated in 2025, Windjammer 304 now has low-maintenance LVP flooring in the living area. The bedrooms feature brand-new plush carpeting for a cozy retreat, while the entire condo boasts fresh paint throughout. In addition, the bathrooms have been totally renovated with contemporary finishes, including new tile & fixtures.

A one-of-a-kind family vacation destination, each unit is individually owned and decorated offering the guest a unique feel and comfortable stay with direct beach access and ocean views. Enjoy the exclusive private sand patio for grilling, picnics and play, free WiFi, flat screen TVs. Our condos are stocked and ready for you with towels, linens, cookware and utensils. Don't pass up on the chance to stay at your home away from home at the beach! This unit permits up to two dogs, 50lb limit for one pet or 70 lb combined limit for two pets. There is an additional $35.00 per day pet fee. Although pets are allowed all season, absolutely no pets are permitted on the private sand patio courtyard. There is a designated pet area supplied with waste bags just a minute's walk away. An on-site laundry room is available for guests at no additional cost from 9am to 5pm. Property rents any 2 nights all season.
